This letter is in regards to Brian Shymatta. He did an exceptional job in selling our house at 3416 W. Imnaha. This gentleman went above and beyond as far as I am concerned. I wish all business arrangements were handled so professionally and friendly as Brian handled ours.

Not only was he a very professional Realtor he has become what I would consider a very good friend. Just all the little extras he took care of for us meant so much. As we were unable to be in Washington as this transaction was taking place.

The main thing I really thought highly of Brian was the way he was in constant communication with us. We had dealt with Realtors over here in trying to sell our Montana house who never contacted us even after several calls to them.

Overtime we would call Brian we were assured that he would call us before the night was over. He never let us down, he always got in touch with us in a timely manner.

He constantly kept us abreast of every situation no matter how big or small. Which I fell is wonderful considering this was our house he was working with. The way Brian handled everything I felt as if I was actually still over in Washington and right in the middle of all transactions.

I fell that anytime anyone does such a wonderful job as Brian did for us that someone should be notified and be made aware of what a excellent agent they have in there mist. So may times the ones who do the best and try the hardest somehow get over looked. He has the skills that make him not only a very people oriented person, but a fantastic Realtor.

My husband as I are thinking of selling our Montana home in the spring and buying one closer to the town of Missoula, and you can bet we will be asking for Brian's assistance in finding a realtor as professional as he is to help us with this listing. I only wish we could talk Brian into coming over personally to handle this.
